Beta Scorpii, between the Claws of the Scorpion, aligns more closely with Mars, but its influence extends to Mercury. Its name is Acrab, from the Arabic al-‘Aqrab, “the Scorpion.”

I literally have 3 people in my Facebook contacts (225 people) that died yesterday (11/12/2025) One was definitely murdered, one OD’d (supposedly suicide but I suspect foul play), and the third cause of death is unknown. And my daughter-in-law pulled a major custody/court nasty stunt on the same day.

This a.m. it hits me. I think my mom could have used some encouragement. The times in which she lived did not provide much for her self development.

Was on methadone for 15yrs,benzos also for 10yrs,and on various drugs since 12,after my dad died.
Thankfully it was a stabbing,a few years prior,that got me away from the drug scene.(initially)

Which i cycled on and off many times over 5yrs,from heroin to methadone to sobriety.
Then 5yrs later,bought a house.
Stopped heroin/methadone 2015.
That same year and not long after,i reached a burnt out point and questioned ‘there’s gotta be more to life than this?’.
So 3yrs later,sold the house,became mortgage free and bought a cheap house in the country.
So my question is,what is life after addiction?

I live simply and downsized my possession and only have what i need.
Just the bare necessities.

I’d been thinking that it was going to be the best Mercury retrograde ever as it was going to trine Jupiter so I was waiting for some good news or offers but I crashed my bike , injuring myself badly , was so darn lucky I didn’t break any bones , but couldn’t walk for almost a week.
